I have utilized the services of the Reynar Keane team for the past 8+ years. I came to them on the advice of a long time friend who was acquainted with them. It was one of the best financial decisions I have made. Initially we worked together to formulate a plan for my future financial needs. Once that was in place, my current situation was assessed and the plan was put in motion. I feel this plan, although fairly standard for my situation, was still made unique to me. Gary and Sean spent a great deal of time making sure I understood what was about to happen and that it was, in fact, what I wanted. This plan is revisited at least once per year and any adjustments to my wants and needs are made at that time. That is not to say that changes could not be made whenever I wished; I just have not had the need up to this time. So…how is it working? I simply let them do what they think is best to fit the "plan” and I do my best not to interfere (not saying I don’t have "stupid” questions from time to time!). The returns on my investment have allowed me to live the lifestyle I want and then some. My overall portfolio continues to return rates that exceed market averages and yet I do not feel that I am at any significant risk. Peace of mind is the best way to describe it. I simply review my statements when they arrive; not that I expect to make any major changes, but just for my own peace of mind. I must say that the statements are well formulated and easy to understand. I also have to say that their support staff are very good. I have always been dealt with promptly and with a great deal of patience and courtesy. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them.
